What does the job of business introducer involve?
You recommend us to interested customers, and we provide advice and support.
If one of them takes out insurance through our advice and pays their first premium, you get paid.
What profile do you need?
There’s no specific profile or knowledge required, but there are two golden rules to respect:
Don’t bother people! so no cold calling (calls or visits to strangers)
Do not pass yourself off as a Sparta.ch employee or advisor
How much will you be paid?
The more customers you bring us over time, the higher your earnings.
- From 1 to 4 customers: CHF 200.- for a 3rd pillar, CHF 50.- for supplementary health insurance (per customer)
- From 5 customers: 10% of total gross commission for each customer (~50.- to 800.-)
- 20 or more customers: 15% of total gross commission for each customer (~75.- to 1’200.-)
- From 50 customers: 20% of the total gross commission earned for each customer (~100.- to 1’600.-)
